Rubber molding. This process relies on compression to enclose the rubber preforms into the mold cavity. The rubber material is heated and cured inside the mold, retaining its shape even after removal from the mold. This method offers low tooling costs, fast lead times and many other benefits.
Rubber extruded products. In the rubber extrusion process, the rubber material is forced through a die to form a continuous shape with a uniform cross-sectional area. Extruded rubber products are commonly used for seals, bumpers, gaskets, O-rings, vibration control products and more.
